No. We don’t bundle your personal travel and accommodation into a flat “all-inclusive” line item.
Here’s why:

You might be coming from Vancouver, or you might be flying in from overseas.
You might want to stay two nights, or you might make it a week-long trip.
If we tried to guess and wrap all of that into one opaque price, you’d either:

Help you choose regions and stays that fit your budget, vision, and guest need
Give recommendations for cabins, lodges, and hotels in your chosen area

What about vendor travel?
For vendors, travel fees (within our usual regions) are:

Can We Customize or Bring Our Own Photographer/Officiant?

Most couples are happy to choose from our trusted photographers. They are of course people we know work beautifully in BC’s forests, mountains, and coastal conditions, and who are comfortable within a planner-led adventure elopement structure.
But if you already have a photographer you love?
In many cases, we can integrate your chosen photographer into a planner-led package.
We’ll chat about your vision, what they offer, and how to make sure your experience still feels seamless and cared for.
We don’t force you into a one-size-fits-all team. We do, however, protect your experience by making sure everyone is on the same page and the planning/coordination piece is still fully handled.
Officiant
Because legal requirements vary and your ceremony is the emotional center of the day:
We usually work with trusted officiants who are aligned with your values and comfortable in non-traditional, outdoor, intimate settings.
If you have a particular faith background or ceremony style in mind, we’ll match you with someone who fits.
If you want a friend or family member involved, we can often:
